Terms of Service

1. About the service

Formu provides managed form-digitization services and an online form platform, with features including online filling, e-signature, file attachments, PDF/Excel export, and an admin back office.

The actual scope, specifications, and delivery timeline are governed by the plan or quote confirmed by both parties.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the data you provide, and you must keep your login credentials secure.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with normal operation of the system.

3. Fees and payment

Build fees are one-time; managed hosting is a recurring fee. Amounts are as stated on the pricing page or in your individual quote.

Formu currently works on a per-quote basis; payment methods and refund terms are confirmed with you individually before the service begins, and online payment is not yet available. The actual payment and refund terms are those confirmed in writing (including via messaging apps or email) by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

The software, interface, design, and content of this website and platform (excluding your form content and the data you collect) are the intellectual property of Formu or its licensors.

5. Your content and data

You retain rights to the form content you provide and the data you collect through the service. You grant us a license to process this content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring the data you collect and process complies with applicable law, including data protection regulations.

6. Service level and warranty

We strive to keep the service stable, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.

Support response and adjustment allowances for hosting plans are as described in the relevant plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for a given service is limited to the fees you actually paid for that service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service as agreed. After termination, export and deletion of data will be handled in accordance with these terms and the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will post a notice on this page and update the date; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from the service, the parties will first seek to resolve them in good faith; failing that, they agree to the district court for the location of the service operator as the court of first instance.
