Do the people filling out the form need to register an account?
No. Just send the checklist link to your on-site staff and they can open it on a phone or tablet and fill it in directly, no sign-up or login required. Only managers who need to view records in the dashboard have to log in.
Can completed checklists be exported?
Yes. Every record can be exported to PDF for filing and printing, and multiple records can be exported at once to Excel or CSV for further analysis.
Can it be changed to match our own company's checklist format?
Yes. This template is only a starting point, the fields, inspection items, layout, and form number can all be customized to match your existing inspection sheet or machine checklist. Send us your current form and we'll turn it into an online version, you don't have to build it yourself.
